[Spa Owner] - How do I add my spa to Singapore Spa Guide?

Singapore Spa Guide is managed by Bali Spa Guide.

Contact us or send an e-mail to info@balispaguide.com to get your spa added. We will need your logo and spa pictures (.jpg or .png), general information, list of facilities, spa menu and contact details (address, phone number, e-mail address and website address). The standard listing is free.

When a customer makes a booking trough our website, the booking will be automatically sent to your e-mail address, so that you can follow up your customer directly. You should check your e-mail often.

How do I find a spa in the directory?

Search by Entering a Keyword

Click the magnifying glass on top of the page on this website, simply type in the name of the spa, the treatment you are interested in or any keywords associated with the spa you are looking for into the search box.

Browse by Location, Treatment and Budget

Click either Location, Treatment or Budget. Then you can order the result based on Rating, Price or Alpahabetical. You can also choose to display the result in grid view or list view.

How do I book a Spa treatment?
There is a Book Now link on the left side on each spa page. The booking will go directly to each spa and they should be in contact with you shortly. If they don't response quick enough, you may follow up your booking via phone. We cannot facilitate or assist in any bookings. Book your treatment as soon as you know where you want to spa. Spaces fill up very quickly for most spas and remember to ask about their cancellation policy.

Can I request a female or male massage therapist?

Most spas only have female theraphists, you should check whether they also have male theraphists. If they have male theraphists you will see male icon on the left side of the spa page. You must let the spa know whether you want a female or male theraphist when you book your treatment. If you wait until you are at the spa, they may not be able to accommodate you.

Can I book more than 1 treatment at the same spa?

In most cases yes. On the booking form you can select more than one treatments, you can also add the details of your booking on the message field. The spa will responds to you to discuss about your treatments.

What happens if I have to cancel my booking?

You must call the spa to cancel. Hopefully, before you booked you asked about the cancellation policy. Most spas have a 24 hour notice cancellation policy. The cancellation may incur a 50%-100% of the treatment price fee.

Can I book for a group?

Yes. However, some spas have limited space in general. If you are booking for a small group of 2-3, let the spa know you are a group.
